What we collect

When you join the waitlist or send an enquiry: your email address, the plan you selected, any message you wrote, the page you sent it from, and the country code our network provider attaches to the request.

When you subscribe: billing details are collected and held by Stripe, our payment processor. We store the resulting order record (plan, amount, subscription identifier and the email address you used) so we can set your workspace up.

When you use the product: the video you upload, the transcript derived from it, and the clips produced. Covered by the terms of service, section 3.

Analytics, and what we deliberately do not do

Traffic measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no cross-site profile.

Meta’s pixel is loaded only if you press Allow on the banner. Declining is the default, the choice is stored in your browser, and nothing from Meta is requested until you say yes.

When you submit a form, we send Meta a server-side conversion event. Your email address is hashed with SHA-256 before it leaves our server: Meta receives the hash, never the address.

Where it lives and for how long

Waitlist and order records are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, in Cloudflare’s global network. Email is sent through Resend. Payments run through Stripe.

Waitlist entries are deleted 12 months after the last contact. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting. Clips follow the retention period of your plan.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@untoldclipping.com and we answer within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your national supervisory authority.

Legal bases

Contract, for everything needed to deliver a plan you paid for. Legitimate interest, for answering an enquiry you sent us. Consent, for the Meta pixel and only for that. Legal obligation, for invoices.

Who operates the service

The data controller is Christian Calabrò, a sole trader registered in Malta, trading as Untold Clipping. There is no data protection officer: write to the email below and a person reads it.
