Upload your own file or connect your own channel. Any length, any normal format. We count recording minutes, so before anything runs you see exactly what this episode costs against your plan. If it does not fit, it does not start: you get a number, not a surprise invoice.
Transcript
The audio is split into overlapping chunks and transcribed with word-level timing. The language is decided by reading the text, not by trusting the label the transcription service attaches to it. That one detail is why Arabic episodes come out of this stage in Arabic script instead of romanised.
Selection
This is the stage worth paying for. The whole transcript is read and scored for self-contained moments: a claim, a turn in a story, something that starts and finishes. Every candidate comes back with a start, an end and the sentence that earned it. We call that number a Potential Score. It ranks candidates against each other inside your own episode and it does not pretend to predict anything.
Reframe
Each clip is cropped to 9:16 by following whoever is speaking instead of the middle of the frame, and the crop only moves where the camera cut in the original. Nobody loses the top of their head and nobody drifts off the edge mid-sentence.
Captions
Captions are burned in, sized to read on a phone at arm’s length, and kept clear of the buttons every platform puts along the bottom. From Creator up, your brand kit sets the font, the colours and the watermark, so the clips look like yours.
Review and post
The queue opens on your phone. Every clip shows its hook, its caption and its timecode in the original, so rejecting a bad choice takes two seconds. Approve, share, done: three taps. The caption goes to your clipboard on its own, because sharing text and video together is how you end up posting text with no video.
