The clipping factory for podcasters who don’t have time to edit

Turn one podcast episode into a week of TikToks.

Upload the recording once. We find the moments worth posting, cut them to vertical, burn in the captions and write the first line. You review them and post from your phone.

About four clips per hour of recording, measured across 548 real episodes. A two-hour show is roughly nine clips, which is a week and a half of daily posts on TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

How we measured it
  1. 01

    Native analytics

Numbers are read from the native analytics of each client account for the window above, then added together.

  2. 02

    Shared with permission

Five recent clients agreed to let us publish these figures. The screenshots are blurred exactly as they were shared with us: account names and thumbnails are unreadable on purpose.

  3. 03

    Ranges stay ranges

Ranges are published as ranges. Where one account is the source, the number says so.

  4. 04

    Our own database

Clip counts come from our own database.

    548projects
    2,582clips
    4.3clips per hour of recording
  5. 05

    Not a forecast

These five are a sample of recent work, not everyone we clip for. A different show, a different language and a different posting rhythm give a different result.

The work

You talk for an hour. We cut the 30 seconds people actually share.

Cutting video is the easy half. The work is reading two hours of conversation and finding the four or five moments a stranger would watch to the end. That is the part that made you stop clipping, and it is the part we took off your desk.

Every clip keeps its in and out point against the original, so you can always check our choice against the tape.

Three steps

Upload it. We cut it. You post it.

01

Drop the recording

Upload the file or point us at your own channel. Any length. You see what the episode costs in minutes before anything starts, so there is never a surprise bill.

02

Get the moments, with the reason

Every clip comes back with the sentence that earned it and the exact timecode in the original, so you can tell in two seconds whether we chose well. If we chose badly, cut your own straight from the transcript.

“The part nobody puts in the pitch deck.”

01:46:58 → 01:47:41 · the sentence that earned it

“Two hours in, he finally answers it.”

00:58:12 → 00:58:47 · the sentence that earned it

03

Post in three taps

Open the queue on your phone, tap share, pick TikTok, Reels or Shorts. The caption is already in your clipboard.

TikTokReelsShorts

The caption goes to your clipboard on its own, because sharing text and video together is how you end up posting text with no video.

Arabic

Built for Arabic. Not translated into it.

Most tools push your Arabic transcript through English, pick the moments from the translation, and hand you back the four blandest minutes of the episode. We read the Arabic itself. Three things change: we pick the moments that are actually funny or sharp in the original, the hook and the caption are written in the dialect your guest speaks, and the text runs right to left without breaking apart on screen.

  • Moments are chosen from the Arabic transcript, never from an English translation.
  • Hooks and captions are written in the dialect the episode is in.
  • Lines that mix Arabic and Latin keep their direction, their spelling and their numerals.

Limits

What we don’t promise.

  • We do not promise views.

We show you what this pipeline did on five client accounts, with the dates and the method next to it. What it does on yours depends on your show. Anyone who quotes you a number is quoting a number they do not control.

  • We do not post to TikTok for you.

TikTok only lets unaudited apps publish private posts, which would be useless to you. So clips land on your phone and you tap share: three taps. Better you read that here than find out after paying.

  • We do not invent your content.

You already recorded it. We find the parts of it people will watch.
